In case you have been wondering...
I have not stopped Pilatificating, I simply missed blogging about it. My children are home for Fall Break and I have hardly had time to breathe, let alone blog. I have been forced to do my Pilates at weird hours when the children are otherwise occupied (usually sleeping) in order to avoid the running commentary they would undoubtedly supply if made to witness my work out.
So, thoughts on Day Twenty. It was a difficult workout. I was REALLY tired and I discovered that my brain does not function well when I am tired.
Lesson Learned: Pilates is as much a mental workout as it is a physical one. So get some sleep.
