The workout begins. Cue music.I think you get the picture. There was a lot of "resting position" today and a noticeable lack of enthusiasm. And now I'm going to bed. Some days, pilatificating is just not as helpful as restificating. The next workout should be quite a bit better. But, hey, at least I did it.

Sniffle. Cough.
Rolling like a ball.
Cough. Cough. Struggle to breathe.
Leg circles.
Cough. Cough harder. Wipe the fever-created perspiration from my brow. Cough. Sniffle.

You are more determined than 95% of people I know. Often it just takes a little work to keep the habit going while we are in a particularly busy (or sick) time. Your work now, even if done in resting position, will make it easier for you to get back going when you feel better.
