When I started out so very long ago, I set my goal at faithfully following my DVD at least three times per week.
Check.
Things I discovered today...
My knees are whiners. Even more so than that kid back in fifth grade who never said anything that wasn't tattle-telling on any and every person he could possibly find something to complain about, and always did it in that nasally voice that made a person fervently hope the teacher would scratch her nails along the chalkboard and drown him out.
But I digress.
So my goal for next week's workouts is to push my knees a little further and show them who's boss.
Or at least who wants to be boss.
