Day Thirty-three

It's been a while. Kids were home from school. The Holidays. Busy times. Kinda didn't get around to the blog. Oops.

So far the new year's been good. Been keeping up with my pilates and trying to be healthier in my other choices. Been hangin' out with my pbff, Heather, most mornings. (That's Pilates BFF, in case you were wondering.) Heather probably doesn't know this, but, she and I are real good friends. She's at my house at least three times a week. And, strange, she says and does EXACTLY the same thing every time she's here. Odd. (Again, clarification, Heather is on the pilates DVD and that is her morning "visit").

At the end of last year, after about 4 months of pilates I was down 5 lbs and a couple inches around the middle. My scissor kicks look more like scissors and less like the aftermath of a nuclear disaster. Still not a fan of "saw," but I do it better than I used to. I'm down a pant size, which I'm happy about.

Yea, pilatification!!
