As I was working out this morning, I was listening to the radio and that song about having a bad day came on and I'm laying on my Pilates mat doing leg lifts and getting all emotional belting-out on the top of my lungs "You had a bad day!" and nodding to myself about how fitting the song is. (Try nodding your head while lying down, not easy).
I have been trying to push myself a little further in my workouts - perhaps this is an early sign of senility, I'm not sure - and it was sort of kicking my glutials. I wiped the tears from my eyes and forced myself to continue. Saw was particularly unwelcome, but I survived.
So, I am beginning a new week on track. I worked hard. Wore myself out.
All-in-all, a good Pilatification session.
