Day Thirty

Number of times I worked out last week: 2 (good, good)
Number of times I blogged last week: 0 (ooooohhhhhh)

I am attempting to redeem myself. I popped in my Maximum Pilates DVD this morning, dressed with great care in my enormous pink-checkered pajama pants and a t-shirt that is a little too big for my husband and dropped onto my pilates map ready to impress myself.

I have decided that I have been wimping out on my workouts lately because I was struggling today. Wow! I was shaking like a nerd at a bully convention.

Attention Abdominal Muscles: The time for being wimpy and weak has passed!

So I am anxious to see if things improve at the next workout or if I have hit one of those points in any workout routine where your body decides it is time to see if you are really serious about all this "exercise stuff" or if it has just been one long ill-conceived joke.
